Now it is up to us.

– Sir David Attenborough, Natural Historian

It is so important to find something you are passionate about and get involved.  There is no explorer who hasn’t seen the effects of climate change, yet global agreement on solutions has been difficult as economies strive to balance economic growth against the threat of climate change.  Climate change knows no borders.  As Sir David Attenborough so eloquently suggests below:

If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

– Sir Isaac Newton, Physicist

There are so many good causes in the form of charities.  Afterall, what is a charity really?  It is simply a way of organizing activities ‘to do good’.  For doing good most countries are not penalized with the cost of tax.  What do you care about that you could donate your time or money to?  Climate change counts, as does improving health and education. Even empowering women and advancing knowledge in exploration.

Stern is all about transformation and improving the world.

– Raghu Sundaram, Dean

Education is important across the world as it improves knowledge and critical thinking.  You don’t know what you don’t know.  How can you improve your living conditions without additional knowledge?  I would love to see is a disruption and transformation of the distribution channels of education applying state-of-the-art technology to deliver learning across the globe.
